Rest and Wait

For the first Sunday of 31 days, I will be starting my restful thoughts on waiting.
I love the weekend even though my family’s schedule doesn’t always mean we have the traditional two days off each week. To me, it always feels like a transition point even if we are busy.

And my husband and I have made more of an effort for this two day move from one week to the next a restful one. But, we have a long way to go.

I yearn to make it a time of true rest. A time where the four of us just slow it all the way down and give our heads and our hearts time to breathe. It’s a goal I have and I’d love it if any of you would pray for my family to grow more in restful waiting.

I’d like to put it out there to you guys, what does rest mean for you and your family?

With love,
Tiffany
